- A single bathroom runs 3 to 8 weeks. A kitchen runs 4 to 10 weeks. A basement finish runs 6 to 16 weeks (legal suites on the longer end). Whole-home renovations run 3 to 12 months. We commit to a schedule in writing and hold to it because our Red Seal electricians and plumbers are Huntley employees, not subcontractors who can bail on us at their next job.
- Either Huntley or you, agreed at the start of the project. When we pull them, our in-house electrical and plumbing divisions handle trade permits directly, which is faster than a GC waiting on a sub-trade. - Usually yes. We work in occupied homes every week. We contain dust with zip-walls, clean the site daily, and plan the schedule around which rooms you need access to. Full down-to-studs whole-home renovations sometimes require you to move out because heating, water, or power gets shut down in overlapping stages. We tell you honestly at the site visit.
- If you find an installation issue within 12 months of project completion, we come back and fix it. No cost, no argument. That applies to every trade: construction, electrical, plumbing, tile, finishing. Manufacturer warranties on fixtures and materials run on top of that. - The first payment is a deposit on a signed contract, and that deposit is always under 15 percent of contract value. Progress payments are tied to milestones, not calendar dates, so you pay as work is genuinely done.

If you are starting from scratch, we can recommend designers we have worked with across the Fraser Valley. We do not force a design-build process unless that is genuinely what you want.
