Quick Answer
Custom-formed seamless aluminum gutters and eavestrough in Chilliwack and the Fraser Valley. Cut to the exact length of your roofline on-site, no joints to fail. Installation, replacement, cleaning, repairs, and micro-mesh gutter guards. We inspect fascia before installing and replace rot rather than covering it. Properly installed aluminum gutters typically last 20+ years.
Why we added gutters
The last thing a renovation needs is new gutters that fail in year two.
We kept finishing renovation and construction projects where the gutters were the weak link. Stock sectional gutters from a big-box store, installed by whoever was available, sagging and leaking before the landscaping was even done. Water ends up against the foundation, behind the fascia, under the soffit.
Huntley Seamless Gutters is a purpose-built gutter division. We form the gutters on-site to your exact roofline, size them correctly for the roof area and local rainfall, and inspect the fascia before anything goes up. The work is done by Huntley crews, not a subcontractor we called last minute.
We serve Chilliwack and the Fraser Valley for both new installations and standalone gutter work. If your home needs gutters as part of a larger renovation, they are already handled in-house.

“No more overflow during heavy rain. Huntley replaced our gutters and downspouts, fixed the fascia we didn't know was rotting, and cleaned up after themselves. Exactly what we needed.”

What we do
Gutter services.
Seamless gutter installation
Custom-formed aluminum gutters cut to the exact length of your roofline on-site. No seams means no joints to fail. We size the gutter to your roof area and local rainfall, not the cheapest stock profile.
Gutter replacement
Full removal and replacement of old sectional or failing seamless gutters. We inspect the fascia board behind the gutter before installing — rotted fascia gets replaced, not covered over.
Downspout installation
Correctly sized and positioned downspouts to move water away from your foundation. We determine outlet locations based on your grading, not convenience.
Gutter guards
Micro-mesh gutter guards that keep debris out without blocking flow. We only install products we can stand behind — no flimsy foam inserts.
Gutter cleaning
Full flush, debris removal, and downspout clearing. We check hangers, end caps, and seals while we are up there and flag anything that needs attention.
Repairs & resealing
Sagging gutters, leaking joints, failed end caps, loose hangers. Most repairs are done same visit. We identify why it failed before we fix it.

Seamless vs. sectional
Why it matters
that they are seamless.
01
Fewer joints
Sectional gutters connect in 10-foot pieces. Every joint is a potential leak. Seamless gutters have joints only at corners and downspout outlets.
02
Custom fit
Formed on-site to your exact roofline dimensions. No cutting to fit. No gaps at the ends that allow water to drip behind the fascia.
03
Right size for your roof
We calculate the drainage area and roof pitch before choosing a profile. A 5-inch gutter that cannot handle your roof volume fails in every heavy rain.

The Huntley Workmanship Commitment.

Gutter FAQs
Before we go up the ladder.
Sizing, materials, cleaning schedules, fascia, and guards. The questions we hear most.
- Seamless gutters are formed from a single continuous piece of aluminum cut to the exact length of your roofline on-site using a portable forming machine. Standard sectional gutters come in pre-cut pieces joined with connectors — those joints are where most leaks start. Seamless gutters eliminate most of the joints, which means fewer leak points and a longer service life.
- Most residential homes in the Fraser Valley use 5-inch K-style gutters. Larger roofs, steeper pitches, or homes with significant tree coverage often need 6-inch. We size based on your roof square footage and pitch, not a default. Undersized gutters overflow in heavy rain, which is hard on your fascia and foundation.
- Properly installed aluminum seamless gutters typically last 20 years or more in BC climates. The variables are installation quality (correct slope, proper hanger spacing, adequate downspout sizing), maintenance (gutters need to be cleared of debris), and fascia condition (a rotted fascia board will cause any gutter to fail regardless of quality).
- Yes. We inspect the fascia behind every gutter before installation. If it is rotted or deteriorating, we replace it. Installing a new gutter over bad fascia is a short-term fix that fails early and costs more to redo. We include fascia replacement in the quote if it is needed.
- Cleaning handles debris buildup and minor blockages. Replacement is warranted when gutters are pulling away from the fascia, have visible rust or cracks, are sagging in multiple spots, or have joints that keep separating. If your gutters are more than 15 years old and have persistent problems, replacement is often more cost-effective than ongoing repairs.
- In Chilliwack and the Fraser Valley, most homes benefit from cleaning twice a year: once in late spring after seed and blossom drop, and once in late fall after leaves are down. Homes with significant tree coverage overhead may need quarterly cleaning. Clogged gutters overflow toward your foundation and can cause fascia rot — it is a maintenance item worth staying on top of.
- Yes. We install micro-mesh gutter guards that keep leaves, seeds, and debris out while allowing water through. They are not completely maintenance-free, but they significantly reduce cleaning frequency. We will tell you honestly whether guards make sense for your property based on the tree coverage and roof pitch.
- Yes. We handle commercial gutter installation and maintenance for property managers, strata councils, and commercial building owners across the Fraser Valley. We work around operating hours when needed.
